The Khongea Assam Tea is harvested during the warm months of May and June. When brewed, the Khongea Assam tea yields a hearty, malty cup with a mellow finish. Although this tea goes well with milk and is generally consumed during breakfast, many individuals drink it plain throughout all times of the day.
This is a Tea Board of India Certified Assam tea.
Boil or heat water to 212˚ Fahrenheit
Use 1 to 2 teaspoon per 16 to 24 oz of hot water
Steep for 5 to 7 minutes
Caffeine: 40 mg per 8 oz cup
