Organic Lapsang Souchong
Lapsang Souchong or "smoked tea" is an organic black tea that is originally from the Fujian province of China. When brewed this tea can best be described by its smoky aroma and flavor. To create this, the tea leaves are dried in bamboo baskets over pine fires. Lapsang typically draws strong reactions: you'll either love it or hate it. The smokiness can be tempered by the addition of milk & sugar.

Boil or heat water to 160˚ to 180˚ Fahrenheit
Use 2 teaspoons for every 16 to 24 oz of hot water
Steep for 3 to 5 minutes
