Similar to the Yunnan Gold, from the same region, this is an exceptional quality tea with many gold tip leaves and an abundance of rich peppery flavor. When brewed this tea is perhaps the smoothest amongst all Yunnan teas. It can best be described as full-bodied with a rich lingering aftertaste.
Boil or heat water to 212˚ Fahrenheit
Use 2 teaspoons per 16 to 24 oz of hot water
Steep for 5 to 7 minutes
Caffeine: about 40 mg per 8oz cup.
